Delivery

To France and abroad – Monday to Friday.

  • Order before 3:00 PM (French time): Same-day shipment*
  • Order after 3:00 PM: Ships the next business day*
  • Orders after 3:00 PM on Fridays & weekends: Ships the following Monday*
  • Order on a public holiday (France): Ships the next working day*
  • During special offers, these times may be extended due to a high volume of orders.

Please note: all times listed refer to local time in France (Paris time – UTC+1 in winter, UTC+2 in summer). If you're located in a different time zone, time differences may apply.

In France: Free Colissimo Relais delivery on all purchases

In Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: Chronopost Relais delivery is offered

Non-European countries: Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and remain your responsibility. More information is available in our General Sales Conditions.

Your payments are secured via the PAYPLUG module.

Returns

Wrong size? A defect? Changed your mind? No worries – follow these 3 easy steps:

🔄 Make a return in 3 steps

1️⃣ Log in to your customer account

2️⃣ Select the order and click "Return my order"

3️⃣ Follow the instructions and download your return label

We’ll automatically refund the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase after inspecting your return.

Need to change the size?

For France, Germany, and Benelux: follow the exchange instructions in your account.

For other countries: please place a new order.
